First weekend in March

This past weekend was relaxing and fun, thanks to nice weather, a new paninoteca (review post coming later this week!), and stumbling upon a specialty food market in Piazza della Repubblica. All in all, a pretty great start to the month.

A Perfect Sunday in Florence, Italy

The past few days in Florence have been nothing short of perfect. It's hard to believe that we're almost into the month of November. 70 degrees and sunny the last weekend in October? I'll take it!

Yesterday, Rob and I took a three hour walk around the city. It's fun to leave the apartment without a plan and just wander the city. Florence is absolutely perfect for wandering. And, apparently, everyone had the same idea yesterday (lets hope the spaceman in the last picture was headed to a Halloween party).

What was the weather like in your neck of the woods? We heard from friends on the east coast about that crazy snowstorm! When it comes to wacky weather I'll take "hot in October" over "snow in October" any day.
